The Eu-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) is considered a new generation free trade agreement (FTA), with deeper commitments and covering many areas, in which the enforcement of intellectual property rights (IP) an important content that member countries must seriously implement. Therefore, identifying challenges to Vietnam's IP essential, order avoid long-term risks, as well make appropriate adjustments, take advantage opportunities provided by EVFTA for sustainable economic development most comparative advantages.
